Humidifier is very loud or rattles during operation.

Steps:

• Clean impeller: For cool‑mist impeller models, remove and clean the impeller to remove mineral deposits.
• Tighten fan/impeller: Ensure the fan blade or impeller is securely attached to the motor shaft.
• Check motor bearings: If the motor is noisy or rough when spun by hand, replace the fan motor.
• Stabilize unit: Place the humidifier on a flat, stable surface and add soft pads under the feet to reduce vibration noise.

Tip: Regular descaling with vinegar helps prevent impeller imbalance from mineral buildup.
