Unresponsive Keypad / Control Lock

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Steps:
- Check for lock icon: Look for a lock symbol on the display. If present, press and hold the Lock button or the specified button combination (see manual) for 3–5 seconds to unlock.
- Power reset: Unplug for 5 minutes and plug back in to clear minor logic glitches.
- Inspect keypad cable: If still unresponsive, remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable between the keypad and display board. Reseat it firmly.
- Replace keypad: If some buttons work and others do not, replace the keypad membrane or UI board with an Insignia-compatible part.
Warning: Do not spray cleaners directly on the keypad; this can cause future failures.
