Insignia Normal Water Transfer Noise / Air Entrapment

Humidifier makes gurgling or bubbling noises

Possible Causes

Air entering tank as water flows out, Tank not seated firmly, Low water level causing intermittent flow

Steps:

Reseat tank: Remove and firmly reinstall the water tank to ensure proper engagement with the base valve.
Check water level: Refill the tank if it is near empty; low levels can increase gurgling.
Inspect cap seal: Ensure the tank cap and vent are functioning so air can enter smoothly as water leaves.

Note: Some gurgling is normal in many Insignia humidifiers and not a sign of failure.
