How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
- Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and reconnect to clear any temporary logic lockup.
- Inspect control panel: Remove the top/front cover to access the keypad PCB. Check for moisture, corrosion, or physical damage.
- Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the flat cable between the keypad and main PCB.
- Dry the panel: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and allow the panel to air dry for several hours.
- Replace keypad PCB: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the control panel / keypad PCB with the correct Inventor part.
