Dehumidifier display and buttons do not respond, but power light is on

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

• Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes and reconnect to clear any temporary logic lockup.
• Inspect control panel: Remove the top/front cover to access the keypad PCB. Check for moisture, corrosion, or physical damage.
• Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the flat cable between the keypad and main PCB.
• Dry the panel: If moisture is present, dry the area thoroughly and allow the panel to air dry for several hours.
• Replace keypad PCB: If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the control panel / keypad PCB with the correct Inventor part.
