How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the humidifier before handling water or internal parts.
- Check water level: Ensure the tank is filled and properly seated on the base.
- Descale transducer: Remove the tank and inspect the ultrasonic transducer disc in the base. If covered with white scale, clean gently with a soft cloth and a mixture of vinegar and water. Do not scratch the disc.
- Clean water path: Check for blockages in the water outlet from the tank to the base and clear any debris.
- Fan operation: Confirm that the small mist fan runs when the unit is on. If not, replace the mist fan motor.
- Transducer driver: If there is still no mist, the ultrasonic transducer module or driver PCB may be faulty and should be replaced.
