How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before handling water to avoid spills near live electrical parts.
- Empty the tank: Remove the water bucket, empty it completely, and reinstall it firmly until it clicks into place.
- Check tank seating: Ensure the tank is not warped and that it presses the internal tank switch or lever correctly.
- Continuous drain setup: If using a hose, confirm it is not kinked, elevated above the outlet, or blocked. The hose should slope downward continuously to a drain.
- Clean tank float: Some tanks have an internal float that can stick due to dirt or scale. Clean it with warm soapy water and ensure it moves freely.
- Tank switch inspection: If P2 remains with an empty, correctly seated tank, inspect and replace the tank full switch / sensor as needed.
