How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the humidifier and remove it from any electrical devices or surfaces that can be damaged by water.
Steps:
- Inspect tank: Remove the tank and check for cracks or pinholes. Replace the water tank if damaged.
- Check cap and gasket: Examine the tank cap and rubber gasket for wear or deformation. Replace the tank cap/gasket if it does not seal properly.
- Clean base: Wipe out the base and check for standing water. Ensure the float and level sensor move freely.
- Do not overfill: Fill only to the indicated maximum line.
