Dehumidifier stops frequently with the bucket full indicator on, but the bucket is empty.

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting the bucket area.

• Reseat bucket: Remove and reinstall the bucket firmly. Ensure it is not warped and that it presses the bucket switch lever.
• Inspect float: If the bucket has a float, ensure it moves freely and is not jammed by dirt or scale. Clean as needed.
• Test bucket switch: Locate the bucket full switch inside the unit and test continuity while pressing the lever. Replace the switch if it does not change state.
