How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug and empty excess water.

Steps:

Check fill level: Ensure you are not filling above the maximum line.
Clean mist outlet: Remove any detachable mist nozzles or diffusers and clean them with warm soapy water. Use a brush to clear internal passages.
Descale transducer and chamber: Clean with vinegar as described earlier to restore proper mist formation.
Inspect mist guide: Check the plastic mist guide/baffle for cracks or misalignment. Replace if damaged.
Reassemble correctly: Make sure all internal covers and baffles are installed in the correct orientation.

Humidifier overflows the base or spits water instead of fine mist.
