Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing internal sensors.

Steps:

• Verify with external meter: Compare the unit’s reading with a separate hygrometer placed nearby.
• Clean sensor area: Gently clean around the humidity sensor with dry air to remove dust.
• Relocate unit: Ensure the unit is not placed in a corner or directly under a vent, which can skew readings.
• Replace sensor: If readings remain consistently wrong, replace the humidity sensor module with a Meaco-approved part.
