Humidifier runs but produces very little or no visible mist

Safety: Unplug the humidifier and empty the tank before cleaning.

Steps:

• Check water level: Ensure the tank is adequately filled and properly seated.
• Clean transducer: Gently clean the ultrasonic transducer with a cotton swab and vinegar-water solution to remove mineral scale.
• Clear mist outlet: Inspect the mist outlet and internal channels for blockages or mineral buildup. Clean as needed.
• Use demineralized water: To prevent future scaling, use distilled or demineralized water.
• Driver fault: If there is still no mist after cleaning, the ultrasonic driver circuit on the PCB or the transducer itself may be faulty and require replacement.
