How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the dehumidifier before cleaning. Wear a mask if you are sensitive to dust or mold.
- Clean or replace filter: Remove the air filter and wash or replace it according to the Medisana manual.
- Clean coils: Gently vacuum the evaporator and condenser fins. For mold, lightly spray a coil-safe cleaner and wipe according to product instructions.
- Clean fan and housing: Wipe the fan blades and interior plastic surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid dripping water onto electrical parts.
- Dry and reassemble: Allow all cleaned parts to dry before reassembly and use.
