Dehumidifier leaks water from the bottom or around the bucket area.

• Remove and inspect bucket: Check for cracks or damage. Replace the bucket if it leaks when filled with water.
• Clean drain channel: Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear the drain hole and channel from the evaporator tray to the bucket.
• Continuous drain: If using a hose, ensure it is firmly attached, not cracked, and slopes downward without kinks.
• Check tray: Inspect the condensate tray under the evaporator for dirt or mold blocking the outlet. Clean thoroughly with mild detergent.
• Reassemble and test: Reinstall the bucket fully and run the unit while monitoring for leaks.
