Possible Causes
Bucket not seated properly, Bucket full switch stuck, Room humidity set too high, Timer or child lock enabled, Faulty main relay on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before checking internal switches.
- Check settings: Ensure the target humidity is set below current room humidity and that any timer or child lock is disabled.
- Bucket position: Remove and firmly reinsert the water bucket. Listen for a click from the bucket switch.
- Test bucket switch: With the unit unplugged, press the bucket switch manually. If it feels loose or does not click, replace the switch.
- Relay/PCB: If the display responds but the compressor and fan never receive power, the main relay or PCB may be defective. Replace the main control PCB.
