Safety: Unplug the humidifier immediately if water is leaking near electrical parts.

• Inspect tank: Remove the tank, dry it, and inspect for hairline cracks, especially around the handle and bottom valve. Replace the tank if cracked.
• Check cap gasket: Unscrew the tank cap/valve. Examine the rubber gasket or O-ring for deformation, cracks, or dirt. Clean it and the sealing surfaces; replace the gasket if worn.
• Base seal: Inspect the rubber seal in the base where the tank sits. Ensure it is not torn or missing. Replace the base O-ring if damaged.
• Level placement: Place the unit on a flat, level surface and avoid moving it while full.
• Test for leaks: Refill and observe for leaks before reconnecting power.
