Possible Causes

Failed ultrasonic driver IC, Blown transducer fuse or resistor, Loose connector to transducer, User mode set to light-only (if supported)

Safety: Unplug before opening the base.

Check mode settings: Ensure the unit is not in a decorative light-only mode. Select a mist mode on the control panel.
Inspect wiring: Open the base and check the connector from the PCB to the ultrasonic transducer. Reseat it firmly.
Visual PCB check: Look for burnt components near the transducer driver area. If found, the PCB should be replaced.
Replace transducer or PCB: If wiring is intact and there is still no mist, replace the ultrasonic transducer module. If that fails, replace the main control PCB.
