Possible Causes
Drain hose installed incorrectly, Hose end submerged or elevated, Clogged drain adapter, Internal drain path partially blocked
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit and remove water before working on the drain system.
- Verify hose connection: Ensure the hose is firmly attached to the continuous drain outlet and any rubber plug inside the bucket port is removed (per manual).
- Ensure downward slope: The hose must run downhill with no loops or upward sections. Shorten if necessary.
- Check hose outlet: The end of the hose should not be submerged in water or sealed; this can cause backpressure.
- Clean drain adapter: Remove and clean the drain adapter and internal port to clear any sludge.
