• Inspect bucket and pan: Remove the bucket and inspect for cracks. Shine a light into the internal drain pan to look for standing water or cracks.
• Clean drain channel: Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to clear the drain hole and channel leading from the evaporator tray to the bucket or hose connection.
• Verify drain hose installation: If using a continuous drain, ensure the hose is firmly attached, slopes downward continuously, and is not kinked.
• Replace damaged parts: Replace a cracked "Midea water bucket" or "drain pan" as needed.
