Safety: Turn off and unplug the unit before removing the filter.

• Remove and clean filter: Slide out the air filter from the rear or front. Wash with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let dry completely.
• Clean intake grille: Wipe down the grille and nearby surfaces to remove dust.
• Reset filter indicator: On many Midea models, press and hold the Filter or Timer button (check manual) for 3–5 seconds to clear CF.
• Regular maintenance: Clean the filter every 2–4 weeks in heavy use to prevent airflow issues.
