Humidifier function produces very little or no moisture even with full tank.

Safety: Unplug the unit before servicing the humidifier section.

Steps:

• Check water level: Ensure the humidifier tank is full and properly seated so water flows into the tray.
• Filter: Remove and inspect the humidifier evaporative filter. Replace if hardened with scale or heavily discolored.
• Air path: Confirm that the air path through the humidifier cassette is not blocked by dust or objects.
• Fan/pump: On models with a dedicated humidifier fan or pump, verify operation. Replace the humidifier fan motor or humidifier pump if not running.
