Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

  • Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and check the flat cable between the panel and main PCB. Reseat both ends.
  • Check for corrosion: Look for green/white corrosion on the panel PCB. If present, the display/control PCB should be replaced.
