Dehumidifier fan runs but there is very little air coming out of the grille.

Steps:

• Clean filter: Remove the air filter and wash it with mild soap and water. Let it dry completely before reinstalling.
• Inspect coils: With the unit unplugged, remove the cover and vacuum dust from the evaporator (front) and condenser (rear) coils using a soft brush attachment.
• Check for obstructions: Ensure furniture, curtains, or walls are not blocking the intake or outlet grilles.
• Fan wheel check: Verify that the fan wheel is firmly attached to the motor shaft and spins when the motor runs. Tighten or replace if necessary.
