• Clean fan wheel: Unplug the unit, remove the cover, and clean dust and debris from the blower wheel. Check for cracks or missing blades; replace if damaged.
• Tighten mounts: Check and tighten screws securing the fan motor bracket and compressor base.
• Replace vibration pads: If the compressor sits directly on metal or the rubber pads are hardened, replace them with new compressor mounting grommets.
