Possible Causes
Internal humidifier reservoir empty, Blocked water inlet or hose, Faulty water level sensor or float, Kinked supply line
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening any water compartments.
Steps:
- Refill water: If your Olimpia Splendid combo unit has a dedicated humidifier tank, remove and refill it with clean water as per the manual.
- Check for kinks: Inspect any internal or external hoses feeding the humidifier section for kinks or blockages.
- Clean level sensor/float: Open the humidifier reservoir and clean the float or level electrodes of scale and slime. Ensure the float moves freely.
- Test sensor: If H1 persists with a full tank, the level sensor or float switch may be faulty and require replacement.
