• Clean drain path: Locate and clear the small drain hole or hose from the humidifier tray to the main tank or drain. Use a soft brush or pipe cleaner.
• Check overflow float: Ensure the high-level float moves freely and is not jammed by scale or debris. Clean as needed.
• Reduce supply pressure: If connected to a pressurized water line, ensure a proper pressure reducer or valve is installed and not fully open.
• Sensor replacement: If H2 persists with normal water level, replace the overflow sensor or float switch.
