Humidifier function (on combo unit) runs but no visible mist or humidity increase.

Steps:

• Check water supply: Ensure the humidifier tank is full and correctly seated. Some Olimpia Splendid combo units will not run the humidifier if the tank is misaligned.
• Clean components: If ultrasonic, gently clean the transducer disc with a cotton swab and white vinegar to remove scale. If wick-based, inspect and replace the wick filter if heavily scaled or discolored.
• Check for airlocks: On pumped systems, ensure there are no kinks in the water line and that the pump can draw water from the tank.
• Test in a small room: Run the unit in a small, closed room and monitor humidity with a separate hygrometer. If there is still no increase, the humidifier module or control board may be faulty and require replacement.
