Access keypad: Remove the top/front cover to expose the keypad or touch PCB and its ribbon cable.
Inspect cable and connector: Ensure the ribbon is fully inserted and not damaged. Reseat the connector.
Clean contacts: Use contact cleaner on the connector if oxidized.
Replace keypad or UI board: If F0 persists and some buttons do not respond, replace the keypad membrane or touch control PCB with an Orbegozo-compatible part.
