Humidifier displays H1 and stops adding moisture

Safety: Unplug the humidifier before removing the tank.

Steps:

• Refill tank: Remove the tank, fill with clean water up to the indicated level, and reinstall securely.
• Check tank seating: Ensure the tank is fully inserted and engages the internal float or reed switch.
• Clean float: If accessible, open the tank cap and clean the internal float mechanism of scale or slime that may cause sticking.
• Inspect level switch: Behind the tank, locate the water level switch or sensor. Check for broken wires or corrosion.
• Replace float switch: If the switch does not change state when the float moves (test with a multimeter), replace it with an Orbegozo-compatible water level switch.
