How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the humidifier and remove the tank.
Steps:
- Check water level and seating: Fill the tank and ensure it is correctly positioned so the valve opens.
- Inspect mist outlet: Remove any covers and check for blockages or mineral buildup. Clean with a soft brush.
- Listen for transducer: When powered, you should hear a faint buzzing and see ripples in the water. If not, the transducer or driver may be faulty.
- Clean transducer: Descale gently with vinegar and water as per manual.
- Replace transducer or fan: If cleaning does not restore mist and the fan is not blowing, replace the ultrasonic transducer module or fan motor as needed.
