Humidifier is very noisy, with buzzing or rattling sounds

Safety: Unplug before opening the housing.

Steps:

• Identify source: Listen near the fan outlet and base to locate the loudest area.
• Secure components: Tighten screws on the housing and internal brackets.
• Check fan blade: Ensure the fan is firmly attached to the motor shaft and not rubbing against the housing.
• Replace fan motor: If the motor hums loudly or rattles, replace it with an Orbegozo-compatible fan motor.
• Add damping: Use thin foam tape between vibrating plastic parts if needed.
