Humidifier shuts off unexpectedly even though there is water in the tank

Safety: Unplug before inspection.

Steps:

• Re-seat tank: Remove and reinstall the tank firmly.
• Check float movement: If accessible, ensure the float moves freely and is not sticking due to scale.
• Inspect reed switch: Behind the tank, check the small glass reed switch and its wiring for damage.
• Replace float or switch: If the float or reed switch is intermittent, replace with Orbegozo-compatible parts.
• Check ventilation: Ensure vents are not blocked, as overheating can also cause shutdown.
