Dehumidifier will not start; tank full light is on even when the tank is empty and correctly installed.

• Check float movement: Access the float mechanism and verify it moves freely. Clean any slime or debris.
• Test switch: Use a multimeter to test the tank full switch while actuating it. Replace if it does not operate correctly.
• Replace float assembly: If the float is damaged or the magnet is missing, install a new Panasonic float assembly.
