Possible Causes
Ambient temperature below minimum operating temperature, Ambient temperature above maximum operating temperature, Faulty room temperature sensor, Blocked air intake causing sensor misreading
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the unit is used in a suitable environment.
- Check room temperature: Verify that the room is within the specified operating range (typically around 5–35°C for Panasonic dehumidifiers). Move the unit to a suitable room if necessary.
- Improve airflow: Clean the air filter and ensure the intake and exhaust are not blocked by walls, curtains, or furniture.
- Reset power: Unplug for several minutes, then plug back in and test again.
- Sensor check: If the room is within range but F0 persists, inspect and test the room temperature thermistor as described for H14. Replace if faulty.
