• Clean condenser: Access the rear condenser coil and clean dust and lint with a soft brush and vacuum. Ensure airflow is not obstructed.
• Verify fan operation: Confirm that the condenser/indoor fan runs whenever the compressor is commanded on. If not, troubleshoot and replace the fan motor.
• Check placement: Ensure the unit has adequate clearance around it and is not placed in a confined space that recirculates hot exhaust air.
• Do not adjust refrigerant yourself: If H30 persists after airflow issues are corrected, the sealed system may be restricted or improperly charged. This requires diagnosis and repair by an EPA‑certified refrigeration technician.
