Possible Causes
Clogged Philips NanoCloud wick filter, Mineral buildup in water path, Fan running at low speed due to dust, Partially blocked air inlet or outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off and unplug before maintenance.
- Replace or clean filter: Remove the Philips wick filter and replace it if older than the recommended service life or heavily discolored.
- Descale water path: Clean the water tray and channels with a vinegar solution to remove mineral deposits.
- Clean fan and vents: Vacuum or brush dust from the air inlet and outlet grilles.
Restoring proper airflow and water absorption usually returns output to normal. If not, the fan or control board may be limiting speed and should be checked by a technician.
