Humidifier shuts off even though the water tank is still partially full.

Safety: Unplug before inspection.

• Re-seat tank: Remove and reinstall the tank, ensuring it clicks or seats firmly.
• Bleed airlock: After filling, invert the tank over the sink and press the valve to allow a small amount of water to flow and release trapped air.
• Clean float/sensor: Clean the float and water level sensor area with mild detergent to remove slime or scale.

If the problem persists, the float or sensor assembly may be faulty and require replacement.
