Dehumidifier vibrates excessively and may move on the floor during operation.

Steps to correct vibration:

• Level the unit: Place the dehumidifier on a flat, level surface. Adjust feet if provided.
• Inspect fan balance: Access the fan assembly and check for missing pieces or buildup on one side of the fan blade or blower wheel. Clean off any debris.
• Check for wobble: Spin the fan and observe for wobbling. If the wheel is warped or the shaft is bent, replace the fan motor assembly and/or blower wheel.
• Compressor mounts: Inspect the rubber grommets under the compressor. Replace if cracked or missing to reduce transmitted vibration.
