Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated water tank, Failed ultrasonic transducer, Faulty water level sensor, Mineral buildup on transducer surface
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before servicing the humidifier section.
Steps to restore mist production:
- Check water level: Ensure the humidifier tank is filled and properly seated on its base so that the valve opens.
- Clean transducer: Access the humidifier base and locate the ultrasonic transducer disc. Gently clean mineral deposits with a cotton swab and white vinegar, then wipe with clean water.
- Inspect water level sensor: Check the float or electronic sensor in the humidifier reservoir. Make sure it moves freely and is not stuck.
- Replace transducer module: If the unit powers on but no mist is produced even after cleaning, replace the ultrasonic transducer module or humidifier base assembly as specified for your Pro Breeze model.
