Possible Causes
Failed touch control panel, Loose keypad ribbon cable, Moisture ingress into control panel, Damaged display PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.
Steps to address F0:
- Dry the panel: If the unit was used in a very steamy environment or recently cleaned, unplug it and allow the control panel to dry for several hours. Do not use a hair dryer on high heat.
- Inspect the keypad cable: Remove the screws securing the top control panel. Carefully lift it and locate the keypad ribbon cable connecting the touch panel to the display or main PCB. Reseat both ends.
- Check for corrosion or cracks: Examine the touch panel and display PCB for signs of water damage or physical cracks. If present, the panel must be replaced.
- Replace touch panel: Install a new Pro Breeze touch control panel or display PCB assembly as specified for your model. Transfer the gasket or seal if present to maintain moisture protection.
- Reassemble and test: After reassembly, plug in the unit and test all buttons. If F0 persists, the main control PCB may also need replacement.
