Dehumidifier display shows HI and may run continuously.

Steps to address HI:

• Ventilate the room: If humidity is extremely high (e.g., after flooding or heavy steam), improve ventilation and allow the dehumidifier time to reduce moisture.
• Clean intake and sensor area: Remove and clean the air filter. Vacuum dust from the intake grille and around the humidity sensor module.
• Sensor inspection: If HI remains even in a normal environment, access the humidity sensor, check its connector, and clean it gently with compressed air.
• Replace sensor: Install a new Pro Breeze humidity sensor module if readings remain stuck at HI.
