Dehumidifier display shows LO and the compressor does not run.

Steps to handle LO:

• Check room temperature: Confirm the room is above the minimum operating temperature (typically 5–10°C / 41–50°F). If not, move the unit to a warmer location.
• Avoid cold drafts: Do not place the dehumidifier directly on cold floors (e.g., uninsulated concrete) or near open windows in winter.
• Sensor check: If LO appears even in a warm room, inspect the ambient temperature sensor (NTC) near the air intake. Ensure it is properly positioned and wired. Replace if defective (see E1 procedure).
