Pure Enrichment dehumidifier shows “LO” and does not start dehumidifying.

Safety: No internal work is needed for basic checks; unplug before opening the cabinet.

• Check room temperature: Verify the room is above the minimum operating temperature (often 41–50°F / 5–10°C). Move the unit to a warmer room if necessary.
• Relocate unit: Avoid placing the dehumidifier directly on cold concrete or near exterior doors/windows where cold drafts can affect the sensor.
• Sensor inspection: If the room is warm but LO still appears, inspect the ambient temperature sensor and its wiring for damage or disconnection and replace if necessary.
