Pure Enrichment dehumidifier’s continuous drain feature does not work; water still collects in the bucket or leaks.

Safety: Unplug the unit and remove the bucket before working on the drain system.

• Check hose routing: Ensure the drain hose runs downward from the dehumidifier to the drain with no upward loops or kinks.
• Verify hose size: Use the hose size specified in the manual (often standard garden hose or 3/8–1/2 inch ID). Ensure it fits snugly on the drain outlet.
• Inspect drain port: Remove the hose and check the drain spout for debris or scale. Clear any blockage with a small brush or pipe cleaner.
• Test without hose: Place the unit over a large pan and run briefly with the hose removed to confirm water flows from the drain port.
• Reattach hose securely: Reconnect the hose, tightening any threaded collar. Test again and check for leaks at the connection.
