Pure Enrichment ultrasonic humidifier powers on but produces no mist; water tank is full and indicator lights appear normal.

Safety: Unplug the humidifier and remove the water tank before any cleaning. Never touch the transducer while the unit is powered.

• Check water level and orientation: Ensure the tank is properly seated and the cap/valve is not blocked. Confirm water is actually flowing into the base reservoir.
• Descale the transducer: Locate the small metal disc in the base (ultrasonic transducer). Soak a cloth or cotton swab in a 1:1 white vinegar and water solution and gently clean the disc surface to remove white mineral deposits. Do not press hard or use abrasive tools.
• Clean float or water level sensor: If your model has a float, ensure it moves freely and is not stuck by scale. Clean it with vinegar solution.
• Rinse thoroughly: Rinse the base with clean water and dry the exterior. Do not submerge the base.
• Test operation: Refill the tank with distilled or filtered water, reinstall, and power on. If there is still no mist, the transducer or driver board may have failed.
• Component replacement: On some Pure Enrichment models, the transducer module can be replaced as a single assembly. This requires opening the base, disconnecting the old module, and installing a new OEM transducer/driver assembly. If parts are not available, replacement of the unit may be more practical.
