Humidifier leaks water from the base onto the floor.

Safety: Unplug the unit immediately and move it away from electrical outlets. Dry any spilled water.

• Inspect tank: Remove the tank, fill it over a sink, and check for cracks or leaks from seams.
• Check cap and gasket: Inspect the tank cap O-ring or gasket for damage, deformation, or dirt. Clean and reseat it; replace if worn.
• Check valve: Ensure the spring-loaded valve on the tank bottom moves freely and seals properly when pressed.
• Inspect base: Look inside the base reservoir for cracks or signs of impact damage.
• Do not use sealants: Do not attempt to repair pressurized or structural parts with glue. Replace the tank or base if cracked.
