How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.
Steps:
- Drying: If the panel was recently cleaned with liquid, allow it to dry for 24 hours unplugged.
- Inspect ribbon cable: Remove the control panel and check the ribbon cable between the keypad and display PCB. Reseat it firmly.
- Check for damage: Look for cracks or delamination of the keypad. Replace the keypad / touch panel assembly if damaged.
- Display PCB: If the keypad is good but inputs are still erratic, replace the display PCB.
