How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before opening the control panel.
Steps:
- Check if unit responds: Try pressing power and mode buttons. If the unit responds (changes sound or operation), only the display is faulty.
- Inspect connections: Remove the control panel and check the cable between the main PCB and display PCB. Reseat firmly.
- Measure voltage: A technician can check for the correct low‑voltage supply on the display PCB. If missing, suspect the main control PCB. If present, replace the display PCB.
