Dehumidifier shows tank full indicator even when the tank is empty

Safety: Unplug before inspecting the tank area.

Steps:

• Reinsert tank: Remove and firmly reinsert the tank, ensuring it is fully seated and level.
• Check float: Make sure the float inside the tank moves freely and is not stuck in the up position.
• Test switch: Locate the tank full switch in the cavity. With the unit unplugged, press it manually and check continuity with a multimeter. Replace if it does not change state.
• Inspect wiring: Follow the wires from the switch to the main PCB and repair any breaks or loose connectors.
