Lo
Stadler Form
Low Water Level / Empty Tank
Humidifier displays 'Lo' and does not produce mist

Possible Causes
Empty water tank, Misaligned tank not pressing level switch, Faulty water level float or sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the tank.
- Refill tank: Remove the water tank, fill with clean, preferably low-mineral water, and reinstall securely. Ensure the cap is tightened properly so the internal valve opens when seated.
- Check tank seating: Make sure the tank is fully down and aligned with the base. Many Stadler Form humidifiers use a mechanical pin or magnet to detect the tank.
- Inspect float: If your model has a visible float in the base, ensure it moves freely and is not stuck by scale. Clean with warm water and a soft brush.
- Sensor check: If 'Lo' remains with a full tank, the water level sensor or reed switch may be faulty and require replacement.
