Humidifier display shows incorrect humidity compared to other hygrometers

Safety: Unplug the unit before accessing the sensor.

• Relocate unit: Move the humidifier so that the built-in sensor is not directly in the mist path or against a wall.
• Clean sensor area: Gently dust the sensor opening with a soft brush. Do not insert objects or liquids into the sensor.
• Compare readings: Use a reliable external hygrometer placed near the unit to compare readings over several hours.
• Replace sensor: If the built-in reading is consistently off by a large margin (e.g., >10% RH), replace the humidity sensor module with a Stadler Form-compatible part.
